What materials are used for your wall art prints?
We use premium museum-grade materials, including 310gsm cotton rag paper for our fine art prints and high-quality poly-cotton blend canvas. All pieces are printed using archival pigment inks to ensure color longevity and fade resistance.
Are the frames included with the artwork?
We offer both 'Framed' and 'Unframed' options. Our frames are handcrafted from sustainable timber and come in natural oak, black, or white finishes, fitted with professional-grade acrylic glass for safety and clarity.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each piece is made to order to ensure the highest quality. Production typically takes 3-5 business days, with shipping taking an additional 2-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your art is dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our unframed prints worldwide. For framed artworks, we currently only ship within the domestic region to ensure the items arrive safely without the high risk of transit damage associated with international freight.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
As our products are custom-made to order, we generally do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement.
How do I care for my new wall art?
To maintain the vibrancy of your art, avoid hanging it in direct sunlight or high-moisture areas like bathrooms. For cleaning, simply use a dry microfiber cloth to gently dust the frame and acrylic surface; never use harsh chemicals or glass cleaners.
